Partner Stretching Exercises
I am on phone from last night. I am writing this post while attending calls . This way I took more than 3 hours to write this post . This b’day is very special to me as all my friends and relatives are addressing me as MissFit . And they are praising all of us writers here. They know all the writers by their names … I am loving it .
Coming to the topic, Partner Stretching Exercises. You know I sometimes feel that it is not too good to be very flexible as in that case, you would need a real good deal of stretching of muscles, to be able to feel the stretch. Simple stretches like a simple quad, ham or tricep stretch will not work for you if you are super flexible. Also these simple stretches won’t work for you after an intense workout session. As in after an intense session, you would need a real deal of muscle stretching to avoid any soreness.
In such cases what works best are the passive stretches.
What is a passive stretch?
When you stretch because of the external force may be a wall or a partner is known as passive stretching. Passive stretch gives you another opportunity to work out with your partner. Also, it helps to open up your muscles, increase your rang of motion, which in turn greatly improves your flexibility.
I love love love partner stretches. I usually do them with the girls in the classes or simply ask my coach to help me. Also want to say that stretching is very addictive. There are days when all I urge to stretch my my muscles. And it turns out very odd when I start doing it in a shopping mall .. who cares .. Stretching is amazing thing to do to increase blood circulation. Those who have a sedentary lifestyle can stand up and stretch their body once every 2 hours to feel a great difference in their energy levels. Stretching is a great way to tone up the body. It gives our muscles fibers, an elongated, lean look. Now I am sure you will try it And the best thing to do is to stretch after long flights. It works wonders
